Dr. Laurel Linetsky Fleisher

Dr. Laurel Linetsky-Fleisher received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto. She then completed a dental internship program at Toronto Western Hospital. She has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years and is passionate about her work and her patients.

Dr. Laurel Linetsky-Fleisher held a part-time associate-in-dentistry teaching position in the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Toronto in the second-year periodontal recall program, where she taught students how to conduct exams for a number of years after graduating. She was the guest dental expert on The Steven and Chris Show for 4 seasons. She takes numerous continuing education classes and is a long-standing member of the Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club. Additionally, she holds a leadership position for Alpha Omega Dental Society and will be the president in the 2021-2022 year. She also co-chairs the Venture Sinai program at Sinai Health Foundation which raises funds for much needed research at the Lunenfeld Tanenbaum Research Institute- LTRI and was on the board of Jacob's Ladder, The Canadian Foundation for Control of Neurodegenerative Disease, for 18 years until the charity closed its doors in December of 2019. She chaired the Prep Parents Organization (PPO) for Upper Canada College from Sept 2012-June 2015.

She is happily married to Danny and they have 4 sons - Zachary, Brandon, Sammy and Jonah - and a miniature red poodle named Zoey. She spends her downtime, when she can, up north in Muskoka with her family. Her favorite aspect of the job is working with people and helping them to achieve optimal oral health in a friendly, stress free and caring environment.
